- What time is check in/check out? May I arrive at suite to check in early?
- Our standard suite check-in time is 3:00 p.m.and standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Arrangements can be made for
early check in or late check out depending on other reservations, a $50 fee may apply.
- What is the cancellation and refund policy?
- We realize that sometimes plans change. In order to be fair to other prospective guests at Heritage House Suites and to
avoid unnecessary charges, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival date. Regrettably, we must
assess a one-night charge per room for cancellations that don't comply. All reservations are guaranteed after the
cancellation notification date, at which time a one-night deposit will be charged to your account. No-shows and
abbreviated reservations will be charged for the entire reservation. Heritage House Suites is not responsible for weather
conditions or personal emergencies.
- What form of payment can we use?
- Visa, Master Card, and Discover, for deposit but can use cash or check for final payment.
- What is the minimum age to secure room reservations?
- All guests 19 years of age and above may secure reservations.
- What about parking at Heritage House?
- Private parking is available behind Heritage House entering from School Street. Please remember when leaving that
School Street is a one way street and you must make a Right.
- Can I reserve a specific suite?
- Yes, we have 3 suites available. The Thomas Sutton Suite has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4, The Maid's Quarters sleeps 2,
and the Library Suite includes a pull out sofa and sleeps 4.

- How far away is Heritage House located from IUP?
- IUP is a short 2 block walk from Heritage House.
- How far away is Heritage House located from downtown Indiana?
- Heritage House is only 2 blocks from Philadelphia Street where you will find many fine restaurants, local bars and
shopping. Indiana Mall is just a short drive. Other local information can be found at www.visitindianacountypa.org
