What time is check in/check out? May I arrive at suite to check in early?

Our standard suite check-in time is 3:00 p.m.and standard check-out time is 11:00

a.m. Arrangements can be made for

early check in or late check out depending on
other reservations.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

We realize that sometimes plans change. In order to be fair to other prospective guests

at Heritage

House Suites and

avoid unnecessary charges, cancellations must be made

at least 14 days prior

arrival date. Regrettably, we

must

assess a

one-night

charge per room

for cancellations that

don't comply. All reservations are guaranteed

after

the

cancellation notification date, at which time a

one-

night deposit will be charged

to your account. No-shows and

abbreviated reservations will be

charged for the entire

reservation. Heritage House Suites is not responsible for

weather

conditions or

personal emergencies.

What form of payment can we use?

Visa, Master Card, and Discove

What is the minimum age to secure room reservations?

All guests

years of age and above may secure reservations.

What about parking at Heritage House?

Private parking is available behind Heritage House entering from School Street

. Please

remember

when leaving that

School Street is a one way street and you must

make a

Right.
