Heritage House Rooms

All suites include private parking, laundry access, private bathroom, full kitchen, WIFI, cable TV, air conditioning, bedding, towels, Keurig coffee maker with coffee, tea and complimentary snacks. We have everything you need except food and clothing.

Thomas Sutton Suite
The Thomas Sutton Suite is a very large victorian eight room suite decorated with beautiful turn of the century antiques. The parlor living room is often used for intimate dinner parties and bridal or baby showers. There are two bedrooms to comfortably sleep four, air mattresses available for children, a large kitchen, a dining room, and a screened in porch to enjoy the outdoors. The Thomas Sutton Parlor can also be used for a wide variety of events including bridge club, wine tastings, or birthday parties.

The Library Suite

This adorable first floor loft bed suite was originally the library of this beautiful victorian mansion. Complete with floor to ceiling arched windows with original mahogany shutters and woodwork, antique furnishings and parquet oak floors, this suite comfortably sleeps a small family of 4 with its queen sized loft bed and pull out sofa. Please note that although this is a first floor suite, there are steps going up to the loft bed.

                                              The Study Suite

Original parquet oak floors, double door entry, arched windows, mahagony shutters, and antique furnishings garnish this two bedroom second floor suite. This suite also has a large kitchen, living room and eating area with a view of the old courthouse tower from the bedrooms. Perfect for a small family.

The Maid's Quarters

This room is full of warm and rich colors. Original hardwood floors, arched windows, and mansard arched ceilings adorn this suite located on the third floor. Enjoy the view from your window of downtown Indiana. Great for a romantic getaway.

The Bell Tower Suite

The Bell Tower Suite is a lovely two bedroom third floor suite which features huge bedrooms and kitchen. This suite also has the curved stairwell to nowhere. You'll love the view from this wonderful room.

The Butler's Quarters

This is a comfy, cozy, one bedroom first floor suite (NO stairs), pull out sofa, and located on the ground floor of Heritage House. You can park your car at the door, great for older visitors or those with children.
